A very long time turned out to be several minutes at least. Then we discovered the Coders Workshop ongoing water competition. Since Michi had long been looking for a reason to make a wet game, water being his element of choice, that was the one theme to bring him out of his coma and force us back to our machines.
With brilliant timing as usual we managed to miss the entire first half of the competition. Then we lost another week to computer malfunctions. Then we finished the game with nearly a day to spare.
Time left? Well, that was a definite first.
Ah yes, we won too. Granted, there wasn't really any competition; just five other
entries and only one of those a completed game. But who cares, Michi got
to make his water game, and we did win a whole bunch of fun stuff that mostly
never showed up.
